Pierogi, (choice
of Potato, cheese or prune) Halupki (Cabbage stuffed with seasoned hamburger and rice), Kolbasi
& Sauerkraut (sausage), Halushki and Kapusta (potato noodles with cabbage & sauteed onions, bacon & butter),
Meso Vesele (Wedding Beef), Bandurtky & Matchanka( Potatoes &
Gravy), Koora Polifka(chicken soup ) and salad.
You can eat at the fest and you can buy some to take home!!!
Pop, Wines,
Czech Plum Brandy, Mixed drinks, Czech Beer, Vodka are also available.
BAKE SALE AND CZECH, SLAVIC AND RUSSIAN ITEMS TO BE BOUGHT
Visit our bake sale and select homemade
items of your choice, items including poppy and nut breads, cakes, pies, tea rings and much more. We
recommend you come early for the bake sale. Favorites disappear quickly !!
Music for dancing and enjoyment will be provided by Mike Hogan on Saturday and Alan Polifca on
Sunday. Both days: come and enjoy the Czech and Slavic Dancers and singing by the Local Yocals. You won't want
to miss our special St. Mary's Choir presentations.
Both days you will be able to be enlightened with Lectures, Discussions and Information
about the Orthodox Church as well as tours of our beautiful church, which was established in 1905.
